The Heirs

What a disappointment!
“The Heirs” is the most disappointing series I have ever watched. There are only a few series as bad as this one. Not only is the plot bland, but it is sexist, rude, and offensive.
“The Heirs” is one of the most popular kramas. Along with “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim?”, “Descendants of the Sun,” and “I am not a Robot,” “The Heirs” can be found in most of the highest-ranking Korean series on any website. Therefore, I was eager to watch it. Besides, the protagonists were Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye (both amazing actors), so the expectations were even higher. You can’t imagine my disillusion.
The series is about the relationship between a rich high school boy and the daughter of his domestic worker. The plot doesn’t look that bad so far, even though I’m not the biggest fan of this story. However, it reminded me of “Well Intended Love” (the worst series I have watched by far, even ).
Overall, I don’t understand the hype. I know that the cast is impressive. I’ll acknowledge that. However, apart from the cast, there’s nothing saveable on “The Heirs.” Its popularity makes not watching “The Heirs” nearly impossible. I know that. Nevertheless, I can assure you that you aren’t missing anything. 100% not recommendable.
